Jaguars player gets owned by a tackling dummy

You may have missed it last night (and I don’t blame you if you did!) but football is back! Or so they claim.

But anyway, we’re here to check in on the Jacksonville Jaguars, who are not good, and will not be good again this year. Let’s see how things are going down at training camp:

Welp. Not good.

According to the Jaguars website, poor No. 92 in this video is defensive tackle Sheldon Day, a second-year player out of Notre Dame.

My favorite part isn’t just that he gets tossed aside by a blocking sled/tackling dummy, but that whiffs so bad that he also takes out the coach who stands on the back and yells at you for some reason. Great hustle.

The Jaguars open the season on September 10 on the road against the Houston Texans.

And just in case you forgot, Notre Dame went 4-8 last year.
