LOL no the NCAA only cares about and acknowledges these programs when they make a miracle run like this. You’re still going to see trash-ass Arizona State, Oklahoma and others get spots over more deserving teams like St. Mary’s because they sell a few more tickets and get a few more eyeballs on the TV.
